No Cancellations Allowed: Due to the nature of our service and immediate allocation of system resources, no cancellations are permitted after purchase. This includes all subscription plans, tax reports, manual audits, and ITR filing services.
Refund
Refunds will be considered under the following specific conditions only:
Duplicate Payment In case of accidental double billing or overcharging, verified through our payment gateway logs, the excess amount will be refunded.
Non-Delivery of Service If a user is charged for a service (e.g., tax report or ITR filing) that was not delivered due to a proven internal error, a full or partial refund may be provided depending on the stage of service.
Incorrect Charges Due to Platform Error If the system erroneously calculates charges or applies a higher fee than what was intended based on the selected service, and the user did not receive the expected scope of service, a refund or adjustment may be granted.
Refund Request Window Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method
